Search Experience for RTL+
One of my key projects at RTL+ was designing a user-centered search experience for the new multi-purpose app. The challenge: unifying a wide range of content types within a single, intuitive interface.
The search had to seamlessly handle movies, episodes, songs, playlists, audiobooks, magazine articles, and more — all while meeting the needs of numerous stakeholders.
Key complexities included:
• Bringing a wide variety of content types into a consistent, scalable design system
• Ensuring a platform-agnostic experience that works across mobile, web, and TV
• Establishing a clear and accessible initial search landing page
• Aligning teams and requirements across different business units
